Our philosophy
Our service concept is based on the philosophy “to provide excellent customer support” and customers can at any given time request service at reasonable cost.
The service concept consists of:
- On-site training
- On-site product support
On-site training can be provided during installation of the products and is important for the customers in order to obtain optimal usage of the products as they are becoming increasingly more sophisticated.
